The Academy provides a structured development pathway that moves participants from personal foundations to leadership and ultimately multiplication. Each level builds on the one before it.
Foundation
Getting started.
An introduction to the MustardSeed vision, Christian discipleship, spiritual formation, leadership development, mentoring, and the Gather. Grow. Go. model.
Participants also learn the basic principles of the Beehive Multiplication Model — how healthy relationships, mentoring, leadership development, and multiplication work together.
Level 1 — SeedChurch Foundations
Become the disciple before becoming the leader.
Level 1 establishes the spiritual and biblical foundations necessary for sustainable leadership. The emphasis is personal transformation and preparation for service.
