Prayer is not one subject in the curriculum. It is the foundation of everything we do. Leadership, discipleship, evangelism, spiritual growth, direction, and multiplication must all be rooted in dependence upon God.

Participants are encouraged to develop prayer as a lifestyle rather than an activity.

We pray before we plan. We pray while we work. We pray as we go.

MustardSeed Academy prepares emerging leaders not only for where they are today, but for where God may send them tomorrow. We envision a growing network of trained disciples, mentors, SeedGroup leaders, professionals, missionaries, pastors, entrepreneurs, educators, and community leaders carrying the Gospel into every sphere of society.

The Academy may begin with one student. But mustard seeds were never designed to remain seeds.
