Peer-to-Peer Mentoring
Students helping students succeed.
Leadership includes helping others succeed. Through Peer-to-Peer Mentoring, capable and experienced students assist others who may be struggling academically or adjusting to university life.
A senior or academically strong student may help another understand a difficult course, develop better study habits, navigate campus life, or stay encouraged through a hard season.
Mentoring develops both people. The mentee receives practical support. The mentor develops leadership, communication, responsibility, empathy, and service.
Learn something. Live it. Help someone else grow.
