The Academy exists because leaders are not born finished. They are gathered, grown, and sent. We equip university students, young professionals, and emerging Christian leaders with the character and the competence to lead well wherever God places them.

You do not need a title to begin. You need the willingness to grow and to help someone else grow.

Four levels, one direction

Training runs from personal foundations through group leadership to multiplication. Each level assumes the one before it, and the last one hands the work to someone new.

  1. Foundation

    Getting started: the vision, and how the model works.

  2. Level 1

    SeedChurch Foundations — become the disciple before the leader.

  3. Level 2

    SeedGroup Leadership — learn to lead people well.

  4. Level 3

    Multiplication & Mentoring — develop leaders who develop leaders.
