The Gather. Grow. Go. Pathway

Three movements, repeated for life.

  1. Gather

    Connect. Belong. Begin.

Leadership begins in community. Participants connect with mentors, peers, SeedGroups, and other emerging leaders in an environment built around prayer, encouragement, learning, accountability, and service. Gathering creates the relationships where transformation begins.

  2. Grow

    Learn. Develop. Become.

Participants grow spiritually, personally, academically, and as leaders through structured courses, mentoring, practical assignments, peer-to-peer development, and ministry experience.

Growth is not measured simply by what participants know, but by who they are becoming and their ability to help others grow.

  3. Go

    Lead. Serve. Multiply.

Training ultimately leads to action. Participants take what they have learned into their campuses, churches, communities, professions, and nations — discipling others, establishing SeedGroups, mentoring emerging leaders, and reproducing the process that formed them.

The Beehive Multiplication Model

Healthy growth produces multiplication.

A SeedGroup can begin with two or three people. As relationships develop and new people are gathered, the group grows. Emerging leaders are identified and mentored. When they are ready, they are released to lead and establish new groups, and those groups repeat the process.

Like a healthy hive, participants work together, develop together, serve together, and eventually reproduce new communities of leadership and discipleship.

We do not measure success by how many people gather, but by how many are growing, leading, serving, and multiplying.
